Privacy Policy
Plain language. This policy describes what Evalor collects, why, and how you can control it. If something is unclear, email us.
Who we are
Evalor is a product management evaluation platform operated by Amplifigen Product Innovation Inc. Throughout this policy, "Evalor," "we," and "us" refer to Amplifigen and the Evalor product.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address plus launch attribution signals: referral URL, UTM parameters, browser user agent, and approximate request IP. These help us understand how people find Evalor and prioritise access for engaged channels.
If you use the platform, we may also process your account details, submitted product work, evaluation results, PM profile data, AI judge outputs, feedback, and support messages.
How we use it
- Manage waitlist access and send your confirmation email
- Open platform access in batches and notify you when your spot is ready
- Run PM evaluations and generate calibrated scores
- Build and sync your PM profile and portfolio
- Send product updates you signed up for
- Diagnose reliability issues and prevent abuse
- Understand which launch channels are working
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We do not publish your email address, private submissions, or evaluation scores without your direction.
Public profile and sharing features are opt-in and controlled entirely within the product experience.
Vendors
We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), authentication, email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), and AI inference (Anthropic). These providers process data only as needed to operate Evalor and are bound by their own privacy and security programmes.
Your choices
You can request correction or deletion of your waitlist record or account data by emailing hello@evalor.ai. We will respond within 5 business days.
Product emails include opt-out instructions. Waitlist confirmation emails are transactional and cannot be disabled per-message, but you can unsubscribe from subsequent communications.
